Your Career
This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join an established product team dedicated to simplifying and transforming the world of work. In this role, you’ll listen to our customers, uncover their needs and challenges, and relentlessly drive to create value and deliver impactful solutions. With passion, proactivity, and a willingness to learn, you’ll become a recognised Product expert, both internally and externally.

Your Team
You’ll be an integral part of an agile product trio, collaborating with a Product Designer and Technical Lead as part of an empowered product team. Your team will focus on a specific domain and problem space, working together to identify customer needs and deliver impactful solutions. You’ll take ownership of product discovery and delivery activities, formulate a medium-term product roadmap, and work to deliver measurable improvements in customer and business outcomes using our OKR framework.
Collaboration will be key as you engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and ensure alignment with the broader organisational goals.
