Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Handle bookings over the phone and in person with confidence and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
• Provide support with administrative tasks as required.
• Occasionally cover night shifts when needed.

What Were Looking For:

• A friendly and genuine approach with standout people skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (Guestline experience is highly desirable).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A professional attitude and appearance, even under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts from7:00 am - 3:00 pmor3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

Whats on Offer:

• Competitive annual salary of£26,000 - £28,000, depending on experience.
• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
