The RoleAs the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:
Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Lead and motivate a skilled front-of-house team to uphold Michelin standards.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Manage reservations and deliver outstanding VIP guest experiences.
Maintain impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while managing costs effectively.
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants.
Be passionate about modern French cuisine and the art of fine dining.
Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum.
