Hilton is seeking a Performance Media Director to lead Performance Media activity including strategy, planning, tracking/measurement, reporting, analysis and optimisation to ensure delivery against KPIs. The role will lead a team that works in partnership with the broader Marketing team to deliver high performance, achieve ROAS goals and drive advanced channel analysis and strategy across all channels.

What will I be doing?

As a Performance Media Director, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
• Own, develop and deliver performance marketing strategy, growing the business through profitable customer acquisition across the EMEA region via paid search, metasearch, paid social and programmatic marketing channels
• Implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPI's
• Strategically plan and coordinate digital media campaigns to advance company goals, while supporting communication plans of key messages to internal and external partners
• Responsible for forecasting, measuring, and analysing digital media channel performance
• Develop multiyear and forward-facing channel strategy with roadmap for PPC, meta search, paid social and programmatic channels
• Build close relationships with key platforms such as Meta, Google & TikTok, in collaboration with our agency partners
• Continuously challenge & improve media execution, including onboarding new media partners, monitoring key partner activity & providing support to priority platforms
• Develop clear annual test and learn agenda which ladders back to Hilton Media Strategy and business objectives
• Serve as a digital media subject matter expert for internal marketing teams, both providing strategic direction/support and establishing standards
• Craft Key Performance Indicators and assessments for optimal media performance and strategic optimizations

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
• Experience leading a team in a competitive, performance-driven business.
• Strong technical expertise especially in the digital performance marketing space, with the ability to devise strategies that deliver strong business results.
• Experience managing complex multi-channel and multi-regional media programs which includes various agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing and optimising paid traffic acquisition channels across PPC, Display, and Social.
• Track record of paid spend optimisation across channels with large budgets across multiple markets.
• Ability to continuously demonstrate innovation and initiative.
• Target driven, showing the right skill set to drive the team in reaching the pre-defined team objectives.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing a continual trading process with a high degree of numeracy, including monthly forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of MarTech and AdTech solutions as well as digital data analytics and programmatic platforms.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing and optimizing complicated processes. A strong collaborator that can work with multiple agencies and stakeholders to ensure the media engine continues to run efficiently
