As Pastry Commis Chef at Nobu London:

Under the leadership of the Executive Pastry Chef, you will assist in ensuring the Pastry section is correctly set in order to deliver a smooth service. You will prepare pastry items, ensuring the right quality and apply full adherence to Nobu recipes, helping to develop your own skills along with your colleagues.

We want you to use your passionfor pastry and culinary arts to develop your skills and knowledge,to safeguard our reputation by following the highest food safety standards. Whilst at Nobu London you may work indifferent locations/countries on task force, supporting seasonal pop-ups, offsite catering and special events.
