Club Gascon restaurant (1* Michelin since 2001), situated near Clerkenwell, is a well-established restaurant dedicated to the food and drinks from South West France.
Club Gascon restaurant believes in serving original food from Gascony complemented by a huge list of wines, from the small vineyards of Gascony to the best Champagne House. We believe in providing a warm welcome and the best possible service in a relaxing environment in order to exceed customers expectations.
Club Gascon is now recruiting a sous Chef to complete its kitchen team in January
As a sous chef you will work straight shifts over 5 days; Sunday and Monday off.
We offer of 28 days paid holiday (of which 2 weeks in summer and 2 weeks over Xmas and New Year) as well as every Sundays and Mondays off.

Salary is commensurate to your experience and various incentives are available once your probationary period is successfully concluded.
The ideal candidate for the position of Chef de Partie must have:
The ability to adapt and learn quickly
Excellent attention to detail
At least 1 year in a similar position in a Michelin or similar level restaurant
Be proactive and flexible
Able to work unsupervised
