Engineering Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join Our Team. This role will be based at one of the locations to be agreed Attleborough, King's Lynn, Linton

Successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the capital plans for the site, to enable the site to achieve the profit and performance targets set by the Engineering Manager. To specify, cost and manage capital projects delivering on time, on budget and with zero harm. Drive continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems. Sets improvements strategies for own department KPI's Enhancing the group, mission, vision, and values as set out in the Premier Provider Plan

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Level 5 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
• AutoCAD experience.
• CDM experience
• Experience in managing and controlling multi-disciplined engineering teams and projects, including contractor control, financial control, and contract management.
• Detailed engineering knowledge of modern, continuous, food production processes and factory service.
• Good working knowledge of associated engineering disciplines including Environmental Management, Health and Safety management and Food safety.
• Detailed knowledge of utility and services installations.
• Experienced in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
• High degree of IT literacy.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Good negotiating skills.
• Robust and flexible approach
• Full driving licence
