Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment
• Passionate about food with a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field
• Strong ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
• Excellent teamwork skills, with a commitment to upholding kitchen standards
• Creative culinary skills with attention to detail in dish presentation

Chef de Partie Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant's culinary standards
• Assist with the development of new dishes and menus
• Ensure all dishes are prepared with attention to health and safety standards
• Manage and maintain your section of the kitchen, ensuring it is clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth service
