Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for charming and engaging individuals with a passion for service excellence to join our team as aFood & Beverage Supervisor.

As aFood & Beverage Supervisoryou will:

• Assist the food and beverage manager in building an effective team through effective leadership and setting the right example
• Work with the F&B Managers to tale responsibility for training and development of employees, departmental induction, monthly department meetings, planning, assigning and delegating work
• Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable service and lasting impression
• Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
• Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively
• Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
• Take initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner
• Assist the Manager to train and coach in a systematic and professional way to consistently achieve service standards and product delivery
• Deal with guest complaints by following the correct procedures
• Positively promote sales awareness within the department and maximise sales opportunities

SuccessfulFood & Beverage Supervisorshave:

• Excellent guest engagement skills
• Previous Hospitality Experience
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience handling customer requests and complaints
• Well organised, outgoing and service minded
• The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
• A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
