As a Reservationist you will be responsible for:

• Taking reservations enquiries and making bookings for hotel rooms and restaurants.
• Maximising rooms revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sales.
• Working cohesively with the concierge team to maximise internal sales and enhance guest experience at every touchpoint within the hotel.
• Actively contribute to achieve the Room Revenue and Overall Revenue targets of the hotel and contribute with creative ideas.
• Ensuring reservations meet the property standards in terms of accuracy of data and guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring that all enquiries are answered as soon as possible, ideally within the same day of being received by phone or email and no later than 24 hours.
• Ensuring that pre-arrival checks are carried out as per the operating procedures.
• Having complete knowledge of facilities, room rates, promotions, and hours of operation so that you can positively approach bedroom, guest activities/experiences, and F&B outlet sales opportunities.

Proven experience from within a similar luxury 5-star hospitality environment is idea.

Strong communication, and organisation skills very desirable.

Experience in training, coaching and mentoring others.

The ability to work under pressure.

A passion and ambition to deliver exceptional experiences.
