• Proven leadership skills with experience in training and team development
• Strong background in bar and cellar management, with extensive knowledge of cocktails
• Experience as a Front of House Manager, Assistant Manager, or Duty Manager in a similar environment
• Demonstrates stability and reliability in previous roles, with a strong local community connection
• Ability to drive sales through expert knowledge and customer engagement

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Manage all Front of House activities, including staff training, shift scheduling, and maintenance of service standards
• Cultivate a friendly and inviting atmosphere, building strong relationships with local customers and visitors
• Drive knowledge-based sales initiatives to increase head spend per customer
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all offerings, with a focus on in-house preparation
