Location: Outskirts of York
Position: Scrub Nurse / ODP

Salary: £30,000 - £39,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week

About the service: We are delighted to be recruiting for a motivated Scrub Nurse / ODP to join our growing private hospital based on the outskirts of York. The hospital is ideally located on the outskirts of York and is within easy reach of public transport links and local amenities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Scrub Nurse / ODP to join a leading, forward-thinking private hospital in their thriving theatre department. The hospital is a vibrant and modern service that offers a variety of treatments and surgical procedures including general surgery, orthopaedics and cosmetic surgery.
About the role:
You will be working as a Theatre Scrub Nurse / ODP and will be responsible for:
Scrubbing for a variety of orthopaedic procedures and surgeries
Working across a challenging and complex caseload
Preparing the theatre for surgeries
Providing patient centred care
Who we're looking for;
Be NMC / HCPC registered - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
At least 6 months orthopaedic scrub experience in the UK is essential for this position
Willingness to learn and grow in the role
Excellent communication skills
