We approach every day with one goal: To improve the lives we touch through high-quality healthcare and extraordinary compassion.Join the team everyone is talking about!!! #Hospitality AideNow Hiring: Hospitality Aide (FREE CNA TRAINING CLASS)Why work for us?You will have the opportunity to build a career with an established, highly successful organization in a caring and compassionate environment.Now Hiring:Hospitality Aides will be required to take classes at our facility in order to work in a CNA role with our residents.We will provide a CNA class for your complete training.Responsibilities:Assist our residents with care and ancillary services in accordance with our quality standards under the direction of a licensed Nurse Supervisor.Follow written and oral directions.Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures.Review care plans and daily assignments and perform nursing care as outlined.Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care for assigned residents.Assure residents are given adequate assistance with personal and oral hygiene needs following the facility’s policies and procedures.Attend all in-service classes as assigned and complete assignments.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.LTC/SNF experiencePrevious long-term care/caregiving experience is preferred but not required.Complete Care at Bayshore is an equal opportunity employer.
