As Chef de Partie, you'll play a crucial role in preparing and delivering top-quality dishes, contributing to the innovative menu, and maintaining high standards in food safety and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring all prep and service tasks are completed efficiently.
• Collaborate on menu ideas and help introduce fresh, seasonal dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and manage orders as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality kitchen.
• Passion for British cuisine and a flair for using local, seasonal ingredients.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, along with a commitment to consistency and quality.
• Relevant food hygiene and safety qualifications are a plus.
