Warranty Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
• Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
• Managing spreadsheets and running reports
• Communicating with clients
• Invoicing
• Producing customer quotations
• Achieving targets set by upper management
Key skills required:
• Excellent Customer Service skills essential
• The ability to prioritise workload
• Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Experience in using a PC.
Details:
• Monday to Friday, working 8.30am - 5pm.
• Full-time, Permanent
• £23,795.20 per year
