About The Company
A well established West Yorkshire based interior fit out contractor, who operate in the retail, leisure, education and commercial sectors.
They offer their clients a bespoke service, and take projects from initial design through to handover, with a dedicated team managing each stage of the process (development, manufacture, installation)
About The Role
As an experienced Estimator you will be responsible for doing take offs and producing your own tenders for fit out projects ranging in value from £50k - £1m.
You will work closely with the Directors of the business and be an integral part of the small close knit team in the office.
You will also have the opportunity to visit prospective sites to undertake surveys. Typical projects include coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops.
What You Need to Succeed
You must be an experienced Estimator who has specifically worked in the shop fitting / fit out sector and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
You will be motivated and keen to succeed in the role, while also having a keen eye for detail when it comes to pricing works.
You will be open to working in an office environment, with flexibility to work from home on occasion, and also happy to travel to various sites as and when required.
You must be proficient with Excel software.
