5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

We arecurrently looking for aChef De Partie Bakerto jointhe brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

The Experience & Qualifications required:

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous
• Previous experience in a similar positionis essential; preferable Michelin-star restaurant background

The responsibilitiesare:

• To ensure that all the products are baked and presented to excellent quality
• Ensuring quality and freshness of products.
• Managing food and stock rotation

• Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week
• Working hours ranging from 2am- 3pm

• Flexibility to work in both sites; Birley Bakery or the Production Kitchen.
