Job Description
Temp to Perm Project Manager needed for £200m prestigious commerical fit-out project in London*
Company: Fit-out Mian Contractor
Role: Project Manager, to deliver high end multifunction rooms (e.g: Orditorium, Resturants, Bar, Gym, Spa)
Location: Central London
Rate / Salary: DOE - Temp to perm
Duties may include:
Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
Producing and managing project plans
Overseeing managing and reporting project progress
Tracking and documenting changes
Preparing written project communication materials
Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
Implementation and compliance with all statutory and company procedures.
Financial management and reporting including Profit & LossCandidate Requirements:
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets
Must have experience working on specilised fit outs (restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs etc)
A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
