Institute for Medical and pharmaceutical examination questions - Institution under public law with legal capacity - In close cooperation with expert committees, the Institute for Medical and Pharmaceutical Examinations (IMPP) is responsible for the content of important parts of the nationwide state examinations in medicine, pharmacy and psychotherapy, and in the near future also dentistry. New examination formats are being tested. The range of mainly written state examinations has been expanded to include course examinations. Through its wide-ranging tasks, the IMPP, as the central institution for all federal states based in Mainz, makes a significant contribution to the quality assurance of training and the high-quality healthcare of our population. The Central Services department is looking for a Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Digital, processes and projects Your tasks: Accompanying the digitalization of administrative processes (participation in the strategic orientation and further development), especially support for the eFile: Supporting the project management, in awarding processes and accompanying the introduction Structuring of processes and their transfer to the eFile (incl. functional tests / quality assurance, identification of interfaces to existing specialist procedures), technical administration and configuration On the administration side, contact person (m/f/d) for the organization and support of the eFile (e.g. for application requests, workflow design/adjustments) as well as cooperation with the IT managers (e.g. fault reports and service requests, configuration of the application) Creation of measures for the evaluation and further development of the eFile Administration and further development of the HR management application (rexx) Support in organizational development processes, in particular analysis, optimization and design of processes and structures Management and further development of the file plan Support in the preparation of documentation, manuals and instructions as well as in the conception and implementation of training courses, workshops and similar in the described field of activity Support in the establishment, further development and application of project management methods and tools Support in various administrative areas (especially in the case of substitution) Your qualifications: Completed university degree (FH diploma, bachelor's degree or comparable) in administrative science, business administration / economics, organizational management or development, computer science or a comparable field of study or completed task-relevant training with several years of professional experience and proven skills and knowledge Experience in the field described (especially administrative digitization / digitization of documents, e-files / document management systems, process management) and / or in the public sector is an advantage Experience and knowledge in project management, ideally in organizational and / or IT projects Affinity with digital media and applications Confident written and spoken expression (German C2) Strong communication, cooperation and teamwork skills Proactive action and motivation Structured and goal-oriented way of working, willingness to develop and learn What we offer you: A varied and interesting job in a committed interprofessional team High job security with an employer in the public sector Extensive, needs-oriented and individual training and further education opportunities An attractive pension scheme as part of the public sector An attractive workplace in a central location in Mainz with good accessibility by public transport Discounted Germany ticket as a job ticket Possibility to use the DB Cargo restaurant The position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.
