Customer Service Specialist Salary: $16.00 Hour Schedule: Sunday to Weds 9:30AM to 6:30PM Bilingual Requirement: English Note: Must complete Background and Drug Screenings. Responsibilities: Answer division telephones and assist callers with questions regarding division programs, services, or procedures. Refer callers to other staff members as appropriate and take messages. Receive, screen, and assist visitors and/or customers. Perform front desk data entry of adoption, foster applications, and license renewals. Prepare division forms and correspondence. Receive documents and retrieve information from drafts, summaries, databases, or other source documents; incorporate information into prepared materials; and proofread for accuracy and completeness. Copy and distribute documents as appropriate. Prepare and process administrative documents. Complete special projects as assigned by Administration Manager and Director.
