Job Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Admissions, serves as frontline receptionist for the Student Services office at the F.E. DuBose campus on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Receives, responds to and routes all telephone calls and walk-ins. Performs administrative assistant office duties including verifying indexed documents. Conducts call campaigns for incomplete admissions applications. Restocks office supplies and maintains inventory for the F.E.D. campus. Organize and implement campus-specific office policies and procedures. Collaborates with other college departments and Clarendon County School District employees to maintain Student Services office and student Learning & Media Center. Assist with campus recruitment, registration, and Student Life events. Initial training will take place at the college's Main Campus in Sumter.
Minimum and Additional Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
