Position Overview
We are seeking an Attending Diagnostic Radiologist to join the outstanding surgical service of the Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System. In this role, you will provide:

  • A full spectrum of image interpretation and image-guided procedures within Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Subspecialty expertise, with a preference for mammography skills.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Contributions to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Oversight of technical quality and education of staff and trainees.
  • Committee participation to support the VA’s mission, values, and goals.

Ideal Candidates

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Radiology.
  • Completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency or equivalent.
  • Subspecialty expertise needed in Body Imaging, Mammography, or Neuroradiology.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM.
  • Light and manageable call coverage with a lifestyle-friendly schedule.
