Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Staff Support Associate I who can provide essential administrative assistance and ensure smooth day to day operations.
Key responsibilities are:
* Manage the front desk, greeting visitors & answering incoming phone calls.
* Provide department administrative support to the Associate Dean of Graduate Student Success, faculty, staff and students.
* Keep calendars and process meeting invites; take meeting minutes for various departmental meetings.
* Create Purchase & Payment Request Form (PPRF) for department purchases.
* Use the Concur System to create travel arrangements and travel reimbursements for the department; create Concur Expense Reports to maintain and reconcile the office procurement card purchases.
* Maintain technology, equipment, space, and facilities inventory for the department; process work orders; order office supplies; records management; process cash/check, wire, and ACH transmittals.
* Assist the Associate Dean of Graduate Student Success in graduate-related tasks; coordinate requests for student funding.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
spreadsheets, webpage building, SAP student info system, MS Access, Use of SQL query building and reporting.
