Job Summary
This is a unique opportunity for an Electrical Operations, Contracts, or Project Manager based near Bury. In this role, you will lead the electrical division, overseeing projects from inception to completion, including winning new work and managing delivery.
With project values ranging from £10K to £1 million across sectors such as healthcare, education, hospitality and sports, you will have the chance to shape the growth of the branch and play a pivotal role in the Senior Management Team. Our client works predominantly with end-user blue chip clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.
*
Develop and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
*
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
*
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
*
Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
*
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
Skills & Experience Required
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or Operations Manager in the building services industry.
*
Demonstrated success in delivering electrical projects valued between £10K and £1 million.
*
Experience in tendering electrical projects of similar value.
*
Strong leadership and team management skills.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*
Comprehensive understanding of industry standards and regulations.
*
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
*
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field are desirable
