Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 (DOE) + Uncapped OTE (Average Year 1: £10,500 Bonus, Likely More with Enhanced Scheme)

What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, pubs, dark kitchens, and takeaway shops.
• Execute cold-calling, field sales, and email campaigns to build relationships and close deals.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial pitch to final sign-off, through both virtual and in-person meetings.
• Analyze your territory using data-driven tools to prioritize high-potential zones.

What We're Looking For

• Degree from a top university.
• Previous sales or commercial experience (food & beverage industry preferred, but not essential).
• Proactive outreach and cold sales expertise; a relentless drive to exceed targets.
• Charismatic, energetic, and passionate about food.
• Comfortable with chaos, fast decision-making, and evolving priorities.
• Ability to analyze, negotiate, and elevate conversations beyond the day-to-day.
• Expert-level English required.
