Tonic are recruiting for an outstanding city centre cocktail bar in Birmingham. As Bar Manager, you will be hands-on during service and integral to the business's performance and reputation. The business operates at the highest level of hospitality and offers first-class drinks and service. This is a small boutique cocktail bar, so you will meet and greet and create the drinks for every guest - it's not for the faint-hearted, but boy, it's rewarding!

• A proven track record within first-class establishments
• An excellent knowledge of and passion for beverages
