We're looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Hinxton. If you thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment and are dedicated to delivering exceptional food, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimize food waste.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
- Competitive hourly rate of £19.40.
- Flexible schedule with 5 days out of 7.
