A Sous Chef is required for a high end multi outlet hotel near Coventry There is a stunning brasserie restaurant, luxury weddings, afternoon tea and some amazing plans for 2025 which will stamp this hotel on the map to Elite category. Want to be part of something Elite?

£35,000 - £37,000 + Service Charge
Strong brigade including Exec Chef, Head Chef, 1 other Sous Chef ad CDP’s/Commis.
