Job Description
Specific Job Functions:
* Supervise employees to ensure they are using proper cleaning procedures.
* Train employees in proper usage of chemicals and equipment.
* Inspect all areas of the resort for cleanliness.
* Report all damages and/or repairs to status board.
* Follow up on any calls for cleaning requests.
* Assign employees to complete special projects.
* Complete work orders for repairs and follow-up after completion.
* Complete daily station assignment schedules.
* Type up and submit commendations and discipline when necessary.
* Drive / operate company vehicles and motorized carts within property to transport materials and equipment.
* Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.
Qualifications:
* At least two years' experience as a supervisor or above, in a public area department or similar environment preferred.
* Large hotel/resort experience preferred.
* Previous experience supervising at least 20 employees preferred.
* At least six months in a guest contact/customer service position preferred.
* Knowledge of general cleaning supplies essential.
* Communicate effectively in English both verbally and written forms required.
* Nevada Driver License required.
* GED or high school diploma required.
* Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
