Membership Refund Manager
This position supports the field and answers questions regarding membership sales, membership policies and accounting questions. Working directly with OM, MD, and GMs. This position also works with our legal team as well as RVPs and VPMs. Occasionally assists with audit requests.
Remote/hybrid options considered with preference given to candidates in the Dallas-Ft Worth area.
Responsibilities
• Review and process refunds related to membership deposits and fees. This process requires attention to detail, accuracy in preparing legal documents and routine follow up with the clubs regarding the status of the refund request so that the refund request can be processed in a timely manner.
. Review and process RRU (Relocation, Reinstatement and Upgrade) requests, determining eligibility and amount by reviewing documented policies and membership documents.
• Participate in weekly membership meetings.
. Prepare stock list at year end for submitting to AP for 1099 purposes.
About You
• Prefer a working knowledge of Oracle.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 applications (particularly Excel, SharePoint and Outlook)
• High degree of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills; deadline oriented and ability to prioritize/multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to work well with teams, facilitate and lead a project to completion
. Display courteous attitude to reflect Magic Moments
. Maintain and answer e-mails through three different e-mail in boxes
. Maintain and answer voicemails through shared voicemail box may be assigned as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the Club.

Membership Refund Manager

- Determine eligibility, review membership documents, audit results, and system entries.
- Prepare release forms and distribute to the club or member as appropriate.
- Review executed releases and send for final approval processing with AP
- Maintain an understanding of rotation rules and frequency at each applicable club.
