Job Description
Founded in 1970, East Valley Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) who's services include providing personalized, affordable, high-quality medical, dental, vision and behavioral health care through a community-based network within the East San Gabriel Valley and Pomona Communities. Our staff practices patient-centered care by serving each patient with a personalized care plan that meets their individual needs. Our patients have access to support services that include, nutrition, health education, case management, pharmacy, lab, and x-ray at our health center locations. East Valley serves the health care needs of uninsured and underserved individuals and families throughout our 8 health center locations.

Responsibilities and Functions:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support services to the Director of Communications and Development that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole.
* Provides sophisticated organization and calendar management. Prioritizes inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. Schedules internal and external meetings. Handles logistics for internal meetings.
* Function as liaison between the Administration department, news media, local city governments, agencies and community, providing appropriate responses to inquiries about the agency as required.
* Maintain and oversee Patient Satisfaction and patient grievance information.
* As necessary, responsible for travel arrangements (including flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, seminar registration, etc.).
* Distribute reports, documents, and other materials to members of the management team as appropriate.
* Assist with programmatic, financial, and administrative reporting as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative position, preferably to a Leadership team.
* Bachelor's Degree, or proven experience in an administrative position
* Effective level of discretion and confidentiality
* Effective interpersonal skills
* Effective written and verbal communication
* Strong time-management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and meet multiple concurrent deadlines.
* Proficiency with current Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM's.
* Valid California Driver's License, automobile in working condition, and proof of auto insurance.
* Bilingual, Fluent in English, and Spanish (highly preferred)
DOE: $25.77 - $31.29
