Fawkes & Reece are partnered with a well respected main contractor based in the heart of the City. This contractor's name alone peaks interest as they predominantly do very notable, high specification, exciting projects. This company was established over 20 years ago and operates across a range of construction sectors including commercial cut & carve, retail, leisure, hospitality and high end private residential.

This principal contractor is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team for a number of exciting projects starting in 2025.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Be able to lead a project as the number one on site from pre-construction through to delivery and handover on large scale projects circa £50million.
• Responsible for Health & Safety and Quality Assurance
• Lead a Site team, both contractor staff and subcontractors, whilst reporting into an Operations Director
• Ensuring the project runs to programme and within budget
• Direct point of contact for the client

Requirements for the Project Manager

• Degree Educated desired
• SMSTS
• Diverse background across a variety of construction sectors. Should have a background in high end specification, fit out, cut & carve projects
• Seen projects through from cradle to grave
• Driven candidate who is looking to further develop in their career; superstar of the future!
