Responsibilities within your new role as a Bar Supervisor
*
Ensure all bar operations run efficiently and to the highest standards, providing a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
*
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring bars are correctly stocked with the necessary products and garnishes. Work closely with inventory control to maintain stock rotation and minimize waste.
*
Train and mentor junior bartenders, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in their roles. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation across all bars. Ensure the presentation of drinks, glassware, and garnishes meet the venue's standards.

Provide excellent customer service, lead by example, and maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor at all times.
*
Ensure that all health and safety regulations, including alcohol laws, are adhered to at all times.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a 4 or 5-star venue, ideally in a high-end bar or restaurant setting. They will possess excellent attention to detail, a confident and professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain composure even in high-pressure situations. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff, and management alike, ensuring a collaborative and harmonious working environment.
