In a nutshell,youllbe working with both job seekers and hiring managers to place top talent in leading businesses. You will become an expert in your industry by keeping abreast of market trends and conditions.

Youllbuild your own client base from the ground up, which will include email marketing and cold calling.Youllalso be sourcing,screeningand shortlisting candidatesin order toconnect them with the right role.

Here'swhatyou'llneed:

• Some work experience that involves dealing with customers (e.g., retail, hospitality, sales)

• Resilience and the ability to handle pressure

• The desire and ability to learn

• Comfortable and confident speaking with people over the phone

• At least a bachelor's degree in any discipline
