Job DescriptionThe Social Media Manager is responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing social media strategy in line with business goals.
- Creating and managing content calendars to schedule posts across various platforms.
- Monitoring online conversations, tags, trending topics and sentiment related to the brand.
- Engaging with users, customers and followers to build online community and brand loyalty.
- Working with analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
- Collaborating with F&B, Rooms and Sales teams to ensure alignment between social media and broader marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, advertising or digital marketing.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in an international chain hotel with similar capacity.
- Continuously improve skills in social media marketing, content creation, analytics and community management.
