1. Develop, execute and monitor comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
2. Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
3. Collaborate with internal departments to plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote resort services, special events, and packages.

Bằng cấp

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
2. Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Strong organizational and project management skills.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluent in Vietnamese and English (additional languages are a plus).
