Marketing Coordinator, Hampton Venice

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Venice As a full-time Marketing Coordinator, you will lead all marketing activities for the brand-new Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova hotel. This role is based on-site at the hotel, and prior experience in hospitality marketing is a plus Role and Responsibilities: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing the hotel’s marketing and PR strategies to drive business growth—increasing brand awareness, enhancing the hotel’s online presence, generating sales leads, and boosting guest engagement. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the GM and Group Director of Marketing and Communications to develop marketing and PR strategies and plans. Implement and manage all marketing and PR-related activities. Manage our online channels, including the website, social media, TripAdvisor, and others. Plan and execute organic and paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Set measurable campaign goals and demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI). Create engaging copy and visual content. Report on the performance of marketing and PR activities. Execute various projects within designated timelines using resources such as online marketing, content marketing, media outreach, partnerships, promotions, and events. Secure brand partnerships and develop innovative and creative promotions. Coordinate photo shoots, video projects, and events with GMs. Provide marketing support for other departments as needed. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in digital and social media marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and their best practices. Experience with Meta and Google advertising campaigns. Experience in project management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. Proficiency in content creation, both visual and written. Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Goal-oriented with strong analytical skills. A collaborative team player.
