Position Overview The Brand Image Sr Manager is responsible for the oversight of Brand Image project briefs across the Italy region (e.g.Seasonal Changeovers, Windows, Product Presentations and Marketing events), ensuring elevated, brand-reinforcing execution that supports business objectives. Strong creative/people leader accountable for managing and developing the regional team of BI coordinators and managers, as well as building relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. Country lead, Retail Stores, Buying, Marketing) fostering a 'One Team' mentality. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Meet with Head of Brand Image & Lead of Creative Strategy/Operations at the beginning of each season to understand seasonal direction, key dates and initiatives. • Adapt EMEA strategy to the region's business and visual needs, ensuring brand-reinforcing implementation on time, on budget and with a clear roadmap for all parties to understand progress. • Lead by example, manage and develop team of BI coordinators and managers; recruit permanent or freelance staff when needed. • Meet with Regional Business Lead and Store Managers seasonally to discuss and agree on install plans and support needed. • Manage calendar of window and interior installs, planning and overseeing all installations to activate the balance of 'magic and logic'. • Handle window design and execution following Concept Design guidelines. Manage the construction of window-sets, sourcing relevant materials, on-site prop handling and prop placement, window set painting, wallpapering, lighting placement and adjustment. • Lead creative vision and operations for all key Interior installs: product mapping and delivery flow, logistics (e.g. transport, resources, external vendors), outfit selection for mannequins, placement and styling, prop sourcing and placement, florals, lighting and photography. • During installs, assign areas to the teams and promote clear ownership, provide feedback as needed. • Support and upskill instore Brand Image Ambassadors, provide feedback remotely for all self-installs. • Conduct regular walkthroughs/calls with store managers and regional leads to review presentations performance and ensure store maintenance by the store teams. • Partner with BI Product Lead to review regional assortments and advise on key product needs per brand and store. • Liaise closely with the Brand Image Operations/Finance team to ensure all relevant processes and procedures are being met. Ensure weekly updating of all financial trackers, install calendars and store visit recaps. • Manage seasonal budget associated with all interiors and windows. Adhere as well to T&E budget. • Support projects such as showroom installs, and marketing events based in the region. •Take responsibility for staying connected to the Corporate Office and attend weekly meetings. Be responsive to email communication on a timely manner. Experience, Skills & Knowledge • 10 years of visual presentation and team leadership experience with a luxury goods retailer. • Extremely creative yet business savvy. Proactive, can-do attitude with high taste level. • Excellent People and Communication skills which enable team development and engagement. • Great ability to build effective relationships with internal and external business partners. • Demonstrated ability to balance store planning, installations and maintenance on a rolling calendar, managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working and retail store hours (e.g. evenings and weekends). • Ability to manage & travel to multiple stores/locations across the EMEA. • Excellent project/budgetary management and organizational skills. • General computer proficiency to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Design softwares a plus. • Proficient in English and Italian languages. Other languages a plus. • Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren Brand. J-18808-Ljbffr
