Job Description

Overview: The HR Coordinator will be a key support for staff, ensuring smooth administration and personnel management. The aim is to create an engaging environment where every employee feels valued and supported. Reporting: Reporting directly to the HR Director, the person in this role will take care of L&D activities as well as recruitment and employees’ relations tasks. The position will be based in Aman Venice. Responsibilities: Support in recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR functions. Serve as a trusted point of contact for all employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment. Support in the administrative daily activities ensuring compliance with Company policies and labour regulations. Coordinate the annual training program for Aman Venice Staff. Organize and implement activities for the employees’ daily engagement. Qualifications: Previous experience in the Human Resources and hospitality sector is preferred but not compulsory. Proficiency in Italian and English is required. Excellent communication skills. J-18808-Ljbffr
