What will you be doing?
• You will be heading a team responsible for delivering designated facilities management contracts from initial allocation through to completion,
• Responsible for leading direct reports including putting achievable work programmes in place, reviewing personal development plans and reporting to the Head of FM,
• Act as an initial point of escalation for all facilities management and business development issues & risks,
• Allocate the labour to the facilities management contracts,
• Standardise all documentation to suit a common data base,
• Agreeing profit margins for designated facilities management contracts with the Head of FM.
Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years, they specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service and spares.
What you'll need:
• Strong on Air conditioning commercial or industrial,
• Management experience,
• Refrigeration experience is desirable,
• Experience of working on supermarkets, hotels, commercial premises, or industrial chillers.
• NW based can be hybrid working.
