Job Description
These WG-3502-05 Laborer (Motor Vehicle Operation) positions are part of the Facility Maintenance Division, located at Zion National Park in Springdale, Utah. These are permanent, full-time, Career-Seasonal positions, subject to non-pay up to 4 pay periods (8 weeks) each year, scheduled between late December and early February. To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors: Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (SCREEN OUT) (i.e., manually loading/unloading of objects and materials weighing up to 50 pounds, digging, shoveling, raking, mowing grass and cutting weeds, operating hand and power garden tools/equipment independently, etc.). Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (other than blueprints), Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Dexterity and Safety Work Practices (including keeping things neat, clean, and in order) If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration.
