Regional Chef Manager - mainly South West London and Surrey

- Salary - up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and mileage
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - no late nights and all weekends off
- Working 42 weeks of the year plus holiday

People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe, and we are currently looking for an experienced Regional Chef Manager with fantastic craft skills and a background of developing and leading a team. The ideal candidate must have good organisation skills, a strong understanding of all aspects of food safety and health & safety, budgeting, finance, managing wastage and stock controls. Must be flexible and comfortable with travelling to different schools weekly and occasionally daily with last minute diary changes.

As our ideal Regional Chef Manager you will:-
- Have excellent craft skills
- Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
- Have good communication skills at all levels
- Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
- Have the ability to manage the kitchen, lead the team and train them to standards required
- Have financial and budget awareness
- The ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
- Have excellent IT skills with good understanding of GP calculation
- Have a full driving license enabling you to drive in the UK
