An exciting opportunity has come up for aHeadChefto join the team under a reputable name of the hospitality industry in a popular Italian and British restaurant in central London:

• Modern Italian with British influence restaurant - 2AA rosettes
• Dishes are produce led, offering bold flavors and textures
• 140+ covers per service
• Fresh seasonal produce with great suppliers
• Amazing career development and promotions
• Rota of 48 hours per week

As aHead Chefyou must be passionate and have a background in fine dining, Michelin star restaurants, or private members club, with a great understanding of Italian and British cuisine, menu development, food costing, Rota, and managing a brigade for around 12 chefs. Lots of creative input into the menu for the right Head Chef.

You will be creative and supportive, and collaborate with your Head Chef.
