For a leading international cookware and cutlery company, known for its high-quality stainless steel products, we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Sales Department in their Uhingen branch. With a strong market presence and a commitment to innovation, our client seeks a dynamic individual to drive growth in the local market and improve the overall performance of the branch. Principali responsabilità: Lead, motivate and manage a team of five sales agents. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase local sales. Establish a structured and methodical sales approach for the department. Set performance targets for the team and monitor progress against sales goals. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships. Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business objectives. Provide sales forecasts and reports to management. Ensure that the team maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. Principali caratteristiche richieste: Proven experience in a Sales Manager role or similar leadership position. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to implement structured sales methodologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
