Job Description
This position performs laboring duties that require moderately heavy physical effort requiring the use of common hand tools and power equipment involving any or all of the following duties. The incumbent must operate light duty motor vehicles weighing up to 10,000 pounds (such as pick-up trucks, panel trucks, flatbed trucks, etc.) to transport personnel, material, or equipment to work sites over Federal, state, and county roads and city streets in all traffic conditions.

Job Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors: Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision (SCREEN OUT) Ability To Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (other than blueprints) Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Dexterity and Safety Drivers license Work Practices (including keeping things neat, clean, and in order) SCREEN OUT: Minimum Qualification: I can perform common laborer tasks without more than normal supervision. Those tasks include operating power equipment such as lawnmowers, snowblowers, and string trimmers. Safely use a variety of hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, hammers, saws, Pulaski's, drills, etc. Tasks also included moving and arranging furniture; sweeping, mopping floors; stripping floor wax and using a variety of floor polishers; emptying garbage cans; cleaning restrooms; ensure needed materials and tools are available and are in good working order; and lifting and moving heavy loads over 50 pounds. I possess dexterity and can perform strenuous work as required by the position. I utilize most hand and power tools associated with these tasks and operate light duty motor vehicles weighing up to 10,000 lbs. DRIVER'S LICENSE: Due to the nature of this position, a Driver's License is also required at time of employment.
