Asst. Manager Trainee

Asst. Manager Trainee being added at our Blue Grass Subway location.  Applicant must have restaurant and food service experience.  Having a Food Safety Certification or Food Management Certification is a plus or you will work to acquire one during your training period.  Supervisory or management of staff  experience required. Education , training, or experience in the food industry will be considered a plus for this position.

Duties of this position will include working with the staff during shifts to assure food safety handling and store guidelines are being followed.  Individual will assist the Manager with inventory, ordering, staffing, and training of employees.  Your training period will require online classes along with on the job training with management personnel.

Wages will be commensurate with experience and education in the food industry and restaurant operations.  Additional benefits are available after training period and an incentive raise.
