Job Description
• Together with the Front Office Manager, you will manage the entire front office area • Control the daily tasks at the reception desk • Co-responsible for the daily optimal room occupancy, hotel occupancy and for all arrivals and departures • Co-responsible for the daily/monthly accounts and the main cash desk • Daily coordination between housekeeping, concierge and guest relations • Complaint management • Organisation and coordination of all processes in the front office department • Jointly responsible for staff planning • Co-responsible for the induction, management and development of front office staff • Co-responsible for ensuring and maintaining service quality in accordance with LQA standards • You have completed training in the hotel industry and already have equivalent professional experience in the upscale hotel industry • With your charm, you have the same goal as we do: to make the impossible possible for our guests • You lead and support our employees with a goal-orientated management style and know-how • You are flexible in dealing with changes and challenges in the 5-star hotel industry • A high degree of creativity and inventiveness, combined with passion and enthusiasm • Team-orientated personality with social and communication skills • You are fluent in German or French and English, other languages are welcome Role: Assistant Front Office Manager (m/w) Job Type: Permanent , Full Time Location: Saanen, Apply for this job now.
