Inova Fairfax Medical Campus Tower OR Unit is seeking a Surgical Technologist 3 to join it's high acuity, fast paced, multispecialty operating room team! This role is working three 12-hour day shifr (36 hrs/week) with a varied scheduled. As Northern Virginia’s only Level 1 Trauma facility, our diverse teammates and complex patient population makes working in Tower OR exciting, with endless opportunities for professional and personal growth!
The renowned Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist 3 to join the Operating Room team in a full-time capacity. This position is sign on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.

Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years’ experience as a Surgical Technologist
- Licensed Surgical Technologist via Commonwealth of Virginia required upon Start
- Basic Life Support via American Heart Association required upon Start
- One of the following Surgical Technologist Certifications required upon Start: - (CST) via NBSTSA
- Tech in Surgery – Certified (TS-C) via NCCT

Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates superior knowledge of aseptic and surgical techniques in the role of the first scrub.
- Anticipates need for unscheduled procedures or unanticipated turn of events during a surgical procedure.
- Supports Leadership team and demonstrates leadership abilities.
- Recognizes safety hazards and initiates appropriate preventative and corrective actions.
- Anticipates need for unscheduled procedures or unanticipated turn of events during a surgical procedure.
- Demonstrates superior knowledge in stressful and emergency situations.
