The Role:

As the Director of Marketing, you will assist in defining and implementing strategies and tactics that support Bally's mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
  • Perform high-level strategic planning functions and tactics for the casino's Marketing program
  • Coordinates and implements day-to-day marketing initiatives, including promotions, events, rewards, entertainment, development of rules, and marketing collateral
  • Receives and reviews complimentary requests from customers and obtains appropriate approval
  • Administers and oversees activities of player development initiatives, including goal monitoring, call plan, sales tactics/promotions, and customer feedback
  • Develop and implement database records tracking system for target customers
  • Lead in developing and managing the departmental budget, including capital expenditures, and help guide department-level managers in budget process and management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, marketing plans, and team member and guest information
  • Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
  • Provide ad hoc and reporting
  • Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Missouri Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program

Qualifications:

  • Seven Years of experience in progressively managerial casino marketing roles
  • Four year degree in marketing, or in lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience
  • Extensive knowledge of casino player services and casino marketing needs
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to obtain an Occupational license issued by the Missouri Gaming Board
