The Holiday Inn Hotel Bolton is a recently refurbished City Centre hotel.
We are currently recruiting an experienced Sales Office Manager to join the team.
The role:
- Customer-focused, consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach.
- Lead the smooth and efficient running of the sales office and its team, ensuring professional and efficient service for new and existing clients.
- Ensure rooms, conference, events and weddings business targets for revenue, occupancy, and profit are achieved.
- Maximize sales opportunities and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings in line with office procedures, including proactive and reactive sales.
- Handle forecasting, reporting, and all associated financials for the role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a positive attitude
- excellent communication skills
- previous hotel sales experience
- previous management experience
- experience of office systems, Microsoft office
- excellent attention to detail
- commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Shifts could include early mornings, late nights, weekends & bank holidays.
