The Holiday Inn Hotel Bolton is a recently refurbished City Centre hotel.

We are currently recruiting an experienced Sales Office Manager to join the team.

The role:

  • Customer-focused, consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly, and effective approach.
  • Lead the smooth and efficient running of the sales office and its team, ensuring professional and efficient service for new and existing clients.
  • Ensure rooms, conference, events and weddings business targets for revenue, occupancy, and profit are achieved.
  • Maximize sales opportunities and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings in line with office procedures, including proactive and reactive sales.
  • Handle forecasting, reporting, and all associated financials for the role.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a positive attitude
  • excellent communication skills
  • previous hotel sales experience
  • previous management experience
  • experience of office systems, Microsoft office
  • excellent attention to detail
  • commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Shifts could include early mornings, late nights, weekends & bank holidays.
